11/02/2025 - What we are up to...

During the week beginning the 3rd February the children have been supported in their understanding on how to look after their mind and their heart....and to know that it is ok to feel worried, sad or anxious sometimes.  We have encouraged the children to tell us how they have been feeling and have taken part in outside activities in the fresh air to exercise our bodies.The children also role played at working in a coffee shop...making hot chocolate and playdough cakes and cookies and were encouraged to sit and talk to one another at the tables.






We have also shared with the children how it is ok to be different.  Together we shared books and observed how some people are taller, shorter, have long hair, curly hair, blue eyes,need glasses etc.
